Although I have a healthy belief in Christian's ability to bake, I also completely do not believe that he can make those cakes. Sorry, Chris.
(even these cakes weren't EXACTLY like the cakes you can get in Japan-- I remember them being even slightly moister. They must get special sugar and flour from Japan for these cakes though.)
I will gladly test any cake he wants to try to make.
